About Us
THJ Engineering is a small manufacturing company located in Rotorua with remarkable potential, we are based in New Zealand and dedicated to discovering innovative solutions and offering exceptional products. We embarked on this venture in 2019, as we were searching for our next career challenge. Recognizing a gap in the New Zealand market for locally-made automotive accessories and products, and we decided to seize the opportunity.
Our initial goal was to design and manufacture bull bars, so we focused on product development and optimizing construction materials. Once we achieved this, we moved on to the second stage, which involved designing and developing a production line that could produce enough products to meet the growing demand. Currently, we're expanding our portfolio and incorporating new products and production methods to enhance quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Design
Design is our passion, and we take it seriously. That's why we work with one of the most reliable CAD tools on the market. These tools allow us to develop a wide range of products, but the most important factor is that we can verify the behavior of our products prior to manufacturing. This helps us guarantee to our customers the quality, integrity, and functionality of all of our products.
Our bull bars are designed with durability in mind. They are made from top-quality materials that are built to withstand harsh NZ weather conditions, tough terrain, lifestyle.
