In the early stages of our bull bar development, we identified the potential to customize the mounts to fit various trucks from the 90s to the early 2000s.
We have developed the required skill set to efficiently develop mounts to suit multiple trucks.
How do we do it?

Schedule an appointment with us at our workshop located in Rotorua.

Upon arrival, we'll remove the bumper and take photographs, measurements, and conduct a 3Dscan of the truck. (This takes around 1 to 2 hr)
The next step is on us

After gathering the digital information, we'll need some time to process it. Then, we'll design the mounts to fit your truck, thoroughly check and validate the design, and finally manufacture the mounting brackets. (The timeframe for this varies based on the complexity of the mounting brackets)
Final stage

Once we finish manufacturing the mounts, we will test-fit them and for this, we'll need to have the truck with us for a while. This is to verify and validate the first samples of the new mounts. (This process generally takes around 2 hours)
NOTES:
* We only need the truck for the 2nd and 4th steps.
* No we don't charge extra for this.
